Refunds & Exchange Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer a 14 days Conditional Refund Policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, you can email us at care@allthingscrunchy.com within 14 days of the date of your purchase. If you have met the conditions of our Conditional Refund Policy, we will refund your money.

If your item arrived in a damaged/faulty condition, please contact us within 14 days from your purchase date, and we will either send you a replacement or a refund, depending on the severity of damage/fault and availability of stock.

Refunds

Prior to opening your item, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a full refund for the product, minus cost of shipping, or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. You would need to return the product and you will bear the shipping cost. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are requesting a refund but the product has been opened, used, assembled, removed from its original packaging, or the packaging is ripped or damaged, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.

Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange but it has been opened, used, assembled, removed from its original packaging, or the packaging is ripped or damaged, we are not able to accommodate the exchange unless the product is faulty. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at care@allthingscrunchy.com and we will advise the return address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping Returns

If you are returning an item, you will bear the shipping cost and we will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen parcels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend you ensure that the parcel is packed appropriately, returned to us via a trackable shipping method, and insured.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For Malaysia orders, a delivery charge (RM10 for West Malaysia; RM25 for East Malaysia) will be deducted from your refunded amount.

For international orders, as this product is tagged as Hazardous Item for shipment due to the alcohol content, the actual cost of the delivery to send the parcel to you will be deducted from your refund.

Before returning any item, please contact us so that we can advise the return address return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@allthingscrunchy.com.

Governing Law

In the event of a dispute or claim arising from or relating to your purchase, this Refunds & Exchange Policy shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia without regard to conflict of laws principles. 

If you believe that a law in your geographic area entitles you to a refund outside of what is permitted by this policy, please contact us at care@allthingscrunchy.com. We will verify our legal obligations, and if required, we will provide you with a refund.
