At All Things Crunchy, we are committed to have your order packed, processed and dispatched to courier services by the next working day, unless it falls on public holidays. Orders made on public holidays will be fulfilled the next working day.
When your parcel is processed, you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. Please note that estimated delivery times can vary based on your shipping address and particularly over peak seasons i.e. Christmas or major restocks.
Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- West Malaysia: 1 to 3 working days
- East Malaysia: 3 to 10 working days
- Singapore: 2 to 7 working days
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will try our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
Pre-order
Please note, orders containing a pre-order item will not ship until all items on the order are available. If you would like to receive items that are not preorder prior to the date when the pre-order item is available, we suggest placing two separate orders. Thank you for your understanding.
Customs Duties & Taxes
The receiver of the parcel is responsible for any duties, taxes, and import charges that may incur. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned to the sender, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
